Saturday at the Glass House Mountains in early July 2006 with my wife Sonia. The Glass House Mountains are about 60Km north of Brisbane. Included in this photo set are photos of the "confused goose" at Donnybrook east of the Glass House Mountains right on the coast. This goose THINKS HE IS A PELICAN---yes, a PELICAN
Photos from our weekend on Bribie Island. It is a 70 Km drive north of Brisbane and is linked to the mainland by a bridge as it lies so close to the mainland. In some of the photos you can see the Glass House Mountains in the distance. This album contains some beautiful photos of the sunset from Bribie Island. Also, you can see Bribie Island in the photos of the "confused goose" (the goose who only hangs out with pelicans) in an earlier album of the Glass House Mountains. He lives in the channel that separates Bribie Island from the mainland which is called Pumicestone Passage.
Photos from our day out at Redcliffe, which is situated between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. It is about a 45Km drive north of Brisbane, and just a few Km south of Bribie Island which we visited in June
